Your Battle Against The Devil ….

The Mind Is Battlefield. You Must Win The Battle Everyday
We’re all fighting our own battles in this cruel world. Everywhere I go, anywhere I can see, I see people struggling to get on with their lives. I know that being a troubled child, there’s nothing that comforts you when your mind set is unstable. There have been more than a few times when people couldn’t keep up, the question is Why?
Why is it so horrifying that it won’t allow them to be happy? Why can’t they just MOVE ON? Why can’t they let it go? Well, it’s easier said than done. People say it’s okay, we all have problems that are not as complex as we make them, they say it’s not a big deal it happens with everyone then why, why do people feel like it’s the end of the world. Why their whole world falls apart? Why they can’t stand up to it and be strong enough to fight it?
I feel some problems are bigger than the others, and it’s different for different people. One might say that they can’t handle the stress at work, one might also say that they have personal problems that they can’t handle, some have relationship problems, some have financial difficulties. It’s different for everyone. But what drives them to take that one cruel step they shouldn’t take? What turns them to believe that there is nothing that can help them anymore? Is it the added pressure? or being alone dealing with the problem? or just the inability to bear with the situation? I know it’s the VOID, void of that one person who can make everything bright again, it can be your friend, family, significant other, it could be anyone. To answer the question why they give up? It’s mostly their journey from being in denial to acceptance. We keep believing that there is some way we will get through this; we try every way that we believe would work but nothing does till one day we accept that nothing can help it.

Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come. Remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome.
There is no effort that can mend the ways, we pine for the happiness we felt in our hearts but since that feeling of denial is entrenched in our minds, we accept that it’s not getting any better. We feel that may be taking your own life will make it all right, deep down we know it’s not the right decision, we got more strength than we thought we did. The devil in our mind takes over and drives us to hell, without getting us to know what might’ve been if we’d tried more.
Now there are many relevant steps one might take in order to succeed. It is important for a person to confide in someone, or it could be a group of friends, anyone who refrains from judging you no matter how petite the problem is. For people who consider themselves as introvert can indulge in various activities, or to be clear it’s important to identify personal interests or hobbies and follow them like any type of art. Another crucial step is to be physically active, consider working out, doing early morning yoga or it could be as simple as an evening walk. You can also consider writing your thoughts whenever your mind is in trouble, try to identify every thought and find out ways you can pacify them. What I’m trying to say is, you should be able to think about yourself first, about your own well being by refraining from negative thoughts and make peace with certain situations. You should be able to accept that somethings are way beyond your help and that there is nothing you can do about it but learn to find a way to live with it.
In a nutshell, the fight is respective to each individual. Some people are stronger than the other, some succeed, some lose their hopes. The path is easier for some but the ones who get across the hard path are the real winners. We should all keep fighting till we get there and prove that no problem in this world is strong enough to make us feel miserable about ourselves.
