Plum Green Tea Skin Clarifying Concentrate Review

So before beginning today’s article, I’d like to ask if you guys include a serum in your skincare regimen or not? If you don’t, then guys, it’s high time that you should include a serum in your skincare routine. The serum is a light moisturizer that penetrates deep into your skin and delivers active ingredients into the skin. Today in this article, I’ll be telling you about two serums from one of my favorite brands that are rich in skin-friendly ingredients and provide you with deep nourishment. The brand I am talking about is PLUM, and the serums are Plum Green Tea Skin Clarifying Concentrate, and Plum 10% Niacinamide Face Serum with Rice Water.

🌑PLUM GREEN TEA SKIN CLARIFYING CONCENTRATE

The product is created for oily and acne-prone skin and is a hyper-concentrated, 100% vegan product. This serum helps clear up the skin by preventing new spots and blemishes in 5 different ways. We can use Plum Green Tea serum twice a day freshly washed face before using a moisturizer.

The good part about the brand is that the products are free from parabens, phthalates, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), DEA & PABA & animal-derived ingredients.

The five super ingredients are

Alpha hydroxy acid (AHAs) promotes skin renewal, Cinnamon bark– regulates sebum production, Green tea– prevents sebum oxidation, Willow bark– fights acne-causing microbes. Licorice– deals with hyperpigmentation and clarifies skin, Ginger– works as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, Aloe Vera juice.

PACKAGING, TEXTURE, FRAGRANCE

*The product comes in a matte plastic pump bottle. This entire product is packed in a cardboard box with all details on it. The details include ingredients, how to use them, and the benefits of the products.

*The texture of the product has a gel consistency and is very light on the skin. The product blends well with the skin and is suitable for oily and combination skin.

*All the products of Plum have a classic fragrance that fades off after a while.

🌑MY EXPERIENCE and REVIEW

As I mentioned, this serum is suitable for people with oily/combination and acne-prone skin types. The primary thing that I liked about this product is that it works well on acne, supports skin lightening, and makes the skin less oily. I would not recommend this serum for people with dry skin.

I have been using this serum for a month, and I am satisfied with this product. However, I am pretty much happy with the results of the night gel more than this. The brand recommends that we use this serum day and night before the moisturizer for best results. I won’t say that this serum tackled all the problems that it claims. However, it did reduce the sebum secretion and has even brightened my skin. But, there is no significant effect on my acne.

Overall the good thing about the product is, the packaging is travel-friendly. Moreover, the pump provided on the top makes it easy for us. All you have to do is two drops are enough for your face and neck. The serum has a gel consistency that means not heavy on the skin and blends with the skin quickly. It helps in controlling sebum secretion and is readily available.

I won’t recommend this product for dry skin because it will only make the skin drier.
