Our body needs to do certain physical activities to stay fit. For instance you can take some time out for walking. It will help your atoms to stay active and also will keep you energized throughout the day. A little walking schedule included in your routine will do wonders.

It will improve our internal capacity. What people normally do is, perform some asan in the morning and then forget about it. However, according to me we should do them whenever possible. Like while riding a bus, while walking, while doing some activities and so on.

  1. Tadasana / Mountain pose
