There are very few brands that sell a lip balm that has beetroot as its main ingredient.

The product package is made in a cute style with a small round-shaped, tightly closed tin. It is very easy to use. Can be carried anywhere easily.

My Reviews about Deyga Beetroot Lip Balm

As I have mentioned a lot of details about Deyga as a brand in my previous reviews about their products. I will come straight to the lip balm review now.I bought this lip balm one month back and have been using it regularly since then so that I can write an honest review. Well, this lip balm was used by two members of my family. My mom and me. And we both have different reviews about It.

This lip balm is of a thick consistency and is maroon in color. You need to scratch it with your nail to get a small amount on your fingertip (Maybe because of the winter season in my state). I need to wait for summers to see its actual form. Anyways, it has a very mild butter or wax-like fragrance. It gets easily absorbed in your lips. When I apply it I felt like I have applied Ghee on my lips. But it felt light and natural on my lips. It is moisturizing also.
Talking about the color, It depends on your natural lip color. Since I have a bit darker lips, It did not show any color on my lips. It looked like a plain glossy lip balm with a nice moisturized feeling on the lips. But what happened after few applications:-

My Review for Deyga beetroot lip balm

I am a person with hypersensitive skin and lips. I easily get allergic to cosmetics especially lip balms and lipsticks. Its been almost 15 years that I have been suffering from eczema issues especially around lips because lip products are not made for me and I get eczema on my lips after 3 to 4 applications of a lip care product. There are very few or maybe one or two lip balms from a specific brand that suits me.

Still, I thought of giving this product a try, as it is pure and organic. But again it was an expected disappointment for me because after I applied it twice, my lips had eczema and sensitivity around them. So I stopped using it. So according to me. This lip balm is not suitable for a person with sensitive lips and who is prone to eczema and rashes on the face.

My Mom’s review for Deyga beetroot lip balm

well, my mom does not have any skin issues as I have. She is a person with very normal skin and has natural light-colored lips. For her, this lip balm was perfect. She even had a nice natural tint on her lips and is very much satisfied with the product. There was no dryness on her lips after regular application. My mom still uses it and is planning to order again.Hence there were two different users with different skin types. It treated both in a different way.

I have described this product as per the experiences of two people with different types of skin. According to a hypersensitive skin person. This beetroot lip balm is a “no”. But for a person with no skin issues, it’s a good product.
