I must say, it did wonders for my dry and damaged hair.

This shampoo claims to repair external damage and to smooth cuticles so that hair feels healthier and smooth. It is a color safe shampoo.

Water (Aqua/Eau), glycerin, citric acid, PEG, silica, and so on.
Bed Head may change the formulations from time to time to always improve. It has a fragrance known as “Papaya Chill”.
My Experience
I used this shampoo until almost two bottles were over. This shampoo is amazing and the fragrance is just awesome and always makes you feel fresh. The packaging of the shampoo is very attractive with some entertaining style of descriptions written over it. Like one of the description mentions ” Great results may cause your hair’s ego to inflate to astronomical proportions”. It is a must-try for level 3 damaged hair. Level 3 is too much damage and this shampoo will handle it well. It gave some life to my weak, brittle and damaged hair. My hair was always well moisturized till I used this shampoo.

3. GK Moisturizing Shampoo with colour protection

This shampoo has deep moisturizing ingredients featuring natural seed oils, plants and grain extracts. It also has juvexin which is a keratin anti-ageing blend of protein for restoring a more youthful state of the hair. An additional property of GK shampoo is that it comes with color protection.

My experience
I bought this shampoo after I got keratin treatment done for my hair from the same brand GK. This shampoo was suggested to me by the stylist for the long-lasting results of the keratin. Though the treatment lasted for almost 4 months, I kept using this shampoo even after my hair turned back into their pre keratin state.
I continued using it because it really kept my hair managed and moisturized. There was no dryness and frizz. It really does it claims. The reason why I changed this shampoo was that I got bored of it using it for too long and as I have already mentioned, I keep changing my cosmetic products after a certain period to get the exposure about other products available. “being a true blogger”.

My experience
I am using this shampoo currently. It has been almost a month now and it is working well for my damaged hair. My hair feels smooth and soft after wash. Though there is some frizziness on the day I wash, but it settles down till the next day.
Till now it has been managing my dry, frizzy, and brittle hair nicely and I don’t think I need to wait longer to review this one as well. You can try this shampoo if you want to repair your hair well and want them to be soft & smooth.

The brand Nashi from Italy is a new haircare brand in the Indian market, not so known till now. The availability of this brand is either in selected salons or You can find them online. But, I must say. this shampoo deserves to be one of the best shampoos for all hair types. especially damaged hair.
Nashi argan shampoo is argan oil-based and gently cleanses and hydrates. It is ideal for everyday use. This shampoo claims to respect natural hair hydration and does not imbalance the hydrolipidic film of hair.

It is an argan based shampoo, argan oil being the active ingredient.
My Experience with Best Shampoos for Dry & Damaged Hair
This is one of the best shampoos I have ever used. For me, it’s a saviour. I used it for 3 months and trust me, my damaged hair was at its best for that time. I had to stop using it because of unavailability for some time. It was out of stock in the salon from where I bought it. May be due to an increase in demand. But, soon it came back into the stock after a gap of few days. From the list I have made, this is the shampoo that I am definitely going to buy again once I am done with my recent one. I really recommend this shampoo if you want to use a mild shampoo for everyday use. It is very gentle on your hair. It takes good care of dry and frizzy hair without weighing it down.

- Always use the conditioner of the same brand as alone shampooing may not help much.
- Try including a hair mask once in few days
- Never wash your hair with hot water.
- Never rub your hair with a towel after wash, just squeeze the water with your hand and let your hair dry naturally.

- Use a silk pillow cover instead of cotton when you sleep
- Have a healthy diet
- Stay away from heat styling as much possible
